Private Pay Clients:

​Intake appointment: $150

Please show up 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork (must be filled out by parent/legal guardian if client under 18)

50 minute therapy session: $150 (please plan on being in the office for 1 hour)​

Payment expected at time of service and the following payment methods are accepted:

Cash

Check (if your check is returned there will be a $25 returned check fee and you will not be able to to pay by check again)

Credit/debit card

Please note there will be a Square transaction fee if paying by card.  The fee is 2.6% + 15 cents per swipe/tap. The fee is 3.5% plus 15 cents if card is stored or entered manually.

All sales are final.

Cancellation fee: Appointments cancelled/rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will not be required to pay a fee. However if someone cancels/reschedules within 24 hours of their appointment there will be a $50 fee charged.  Please be aware if a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment then a $75 fee will be charged.
